Who We Are
We are a locally owned and operated plumbing business, and the licence number is the identity that matters. No owner names, no staff profiles, no story about a grandfather with a van.
What you get instead is a team you can hold to a licence. Our plumbers handle water, drainage and gas work as one trade, which suits this suburb well.
Why the mix matters here. Deagon's housing runs from 1940s weatherboard cottages through to 1960s brick, and older pipe of both kinds keeps finding its way into our week.
How We Work
The way we run a job never changes, whichever street we are on:
- A fixed quote before any work starts, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
- Same-day where we can, when you call early enough for us to fit you in.
- Payment by card or EFTPOS on site, settled before we leave the driveway.
No hidden extras, and no hourly meter running while we pop out for parts.
Where We Work
Our regular run covers this suburb and its neighbours: Sandgate and Boondall along the creek side, then Taigum, Fitzgibbon and Bracken Ridge inland. Every one of those streets gets the same team and the same pricing.
The ground we know. The suburb sits flat beside Cabbage Tree Creek, and the 2010 flood brought rescues to homes here, so we know which low streets see water first and what that means for the plumbing on them.

$0 call-out fees, available 24/7, and same-day where we can.
What We Take On
The jobs we handle fall into four groups, each with its own page of detail:
- Emergency plumbing: a burst water line, a pan running over, a tank gone cold, a gas smell.
- General plumbing: dripping taps, running cisterns, bathroom and kitchen fit-offs, hidden leaks, gasfitting.
- Drainage: blocked drains and sewers, stormwater, and camera inspections of the lines.
- Hot water: repairs to failing systems, and a new cylinder when the old one has had enough.
If your job is on that list, we do it. If it is not, we will say so on the phone rather than guess on your driveway.
Questions About Our Business
Call (07) 3524 7117Who carries out the work at my place?
Our own plumbers handle the work under QBCC No: 15024607, a licence spanning gasfitting as well as drainage, and no licensed portion of a job is ever passed to outsiders.
Are you licensed for gas work as well as water?
Yes, the one licence covers plumbing and drainage plus gasfitting, so a dripping mixer, a slow drain and a cooktop reconnection can all be handled in the one visit.
Which suburbs do you service?
Deagon itself, then Sandgate and Boondall along the creek, plus Taigum, Fitzgibbon and Bracken Ridge further in, so most streets on this side of the railway line are on the run.
Do I get a price before you start?
You do, because the fixed figures reach paper before anyone lifts a tool, and the exact number you agree to is the number that shows up on your receipt.
How can I pay when the work is done?
Card or EFTPOS on site, right where the job finished, so the account is square before the van pulls out and nothing is left waiting on a bank transfer.
How do I book a plumber in Deagon?
Call (07) 3524 7117 and describe the problem, and we will book a visit, show you the fixed price in front of you before work starts, and get there same-day where we can.
